certificaci\u00f3n que obtuvo el Tribunal Administrativo del Poder Judicial del Estado que preside la magistrada Susana Sarmiento L\u00f3pez, respecto a la Competencia Laboral EC0308 \u201cCapacitaci\u00f3n Presencial a Servidoras y Servidores P\u00fablicos en y desde el enfoque de Igualdad entre Mujeres y Hombres, Nivel B\u00e1sico\u201d, se dio comienzo a las jornadas de capacitaci\u00f3n en materia de igualdad de g\u00e9nero, el cual se dirigir\u00e1 a las personas servidoras p\u00fablicas de esta instituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este curso, contar\u00e1 con una duraci\u00f3n de 14 horas, llev\u00e1ndose a cabo en 7 grupos de 13 personas y ser\u00e1 impartido por 11 personas servidoras p\u00fablicas de este H. Tribunal Administrativo que se certificaron el pasado mes de marzo del a\u00f1o en curso, a trav\u00e9s del Instituto de Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica del Estado de Chiapas, A.C.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El inicio de la \u201cCapacitaci\u00f3n presencial a servidoras y servidores p\u00fablicos en y desde el enfoque de Igualdad entre mujeres y hombres\u201d corri\u00f3 a cargo de la facilitadora M\u00f3nica de Jes\u00fas Trejo Vel\u00e1zquez, magistrada titular de la Ponencia B y presidenta del Comit\u00e9 de Igualdad y Derechos Humanos, la cual tuvo como objetivos, el facilitar conocimientos de las diferencias sexuales, como punto de partida para la prevenci\u00f3n y erradicaci\u00f3n de la discriminaci\u00f3n en raz\u00f3n de g\u00e9nero; identificar aquellos prejuicios aprendidos que bloquean el avance de la igualdad entre mujeres y hombres en nuestra sociedad y el ejercicio pleno de nuestros derechos y reconocer el papel fundamental que las instituciones p\u00fablicas juegan en la lucha por la igualdad de g\u00e9nero y en la garant\u00eda de los derechos de mujeres y hombres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con estas acciones, el Tribunal Administrativo del Poder Judicial del Estado, contin\u00faa con su compromiso de profesionalizar a las y los trabajadores para la concientizaci\u00f3n y sensibilizaci\u00f3n en materia de igualdad de g\u00e9nero, as\u00ed como de la alta responsabilidad social que tiene con la sociedad chiapaneca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\ud835\udc12\ud835\udc22\u0301\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc2c \ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc2b<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La C. M\u00f3nica de Jes\u00fas Trejo Vel\u00e1zquez, es licenciada en Derecho egresada del Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Chiapas. Posteriormente, realiz\u00f3 su Maestr\u00eda en Derecho Penal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, realiz\u00f3 diversos Diplomados, entre los que se encuentran:<\/p>\n\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n \t<li>Violencia contra las mujeres desde los derechos humanos, el g\u00e9nero y la interculturalidad para las y los servidores p\u00fablicos del estado de Chiapas.<\/li>\n \t<li>Equidad de g\u00e9nero.<\/li>\n \t<li>Derechos humanos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As\u00ed como la obtenci\u00f3n de la certificaci\u00f3n en los est\u00e1ndares:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n \t<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">EC0308 Capacitaci\u00f3n presencial a servidoras y servidores p\u00fablicos en y desde el enfoque de Igualdad entre mujeres y hombres.
